I was having what I called an "Empty Box Problem". I would find empty packaging
tucked away on shelving and I had no way of knowing where the merchandise had
gone. Since having the Watchem surveillance system installed, and in particular the
monitor by my front door, my "Empty Box Problem" has gone away. The local police
department has reviewed video from my system and they told me how impressed they
were with it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We purchased our Watchem system in July, 2006 and we've had great service. The
couple of times we've had incidents, making a backup disk was a snap. The Racine
Police officers that came out each time commented on how great the pictures are and
how easy the system is to use.

We recently had an employee accept a counterfeit traveler's check. We were able to
get a good picture of the person at the counter where he passed the check but were
not able to get a clear picture of the license plate as he left the parking lot which was
very frustrating for us. Later that day a technician from Watchem stopped in the store.
We explained the situation and he was able to show us how to get a very clear license
plate picture which we then gave to the Racine Police Department. He also helped us
burn a CD of the incident and told us to call him if there was anything else he could do
to help. Our Watchem system has helped us to collect hundreds of dollars from gas
and diesel drive-offs just since July.

We, at Everett's installed a "Watchem" Security system in the first quarter of 2006.
Since installing the camera system we have successfully identified over a dozen
thieves (as of Jan 2007). The eight cameras make it trouble-free for all of our
night-time and day-time associates to have full surveillance of suspicious customers
throughout their shifts. Working with local authorities has become easy and become
more efficient. The ability of the system is far more efficient than the original methods
of catching thieves; in fact we have had many thoughts of up grading our system to
include more cameras. In closing I highly recommend this system to any retailer.

business and have been very pleased with it. It allows us to monitor all of the activity in
the building, even when we are away! The Watchem crew that did the install and the
maintenance techs have been nothing but business like and accommodating, since we
are not an easy business to work around that speaks volumes for them. The install and
subsequent maintenance visits require the techs to be around many noisy and
sometimes rambunctious dogs! Without hesitation we would recommend Watchem
security system!
